Terms of Service
1. The service
IdiVidi lets users report road events, confirm or dispute other users' reports, and receive alerts near reported places. Reports are made by the community and are not verified by us. IdiVidi is an information service only.
2. Safe use
Do not operate the app while driving. Set up alerts before you start, and let notifications and sounds inform you without handling the phone. You remain responsible for obeying traffic law at all times. IdiVidi does not encourage or assist any unlawful behaviour.
3. Your account
You need an account to report and vote. Keep your login private. You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
4. Community rules
- Report only what you have actually seen, at the place where you saw it.
- No false reports, duplicates, spam, advertising, offensive content or personal data of others in notes or photos.
- Vote honestly. Points are awarded for accurate reports and votes and removed for wrong ones.
- Administrators may remove content and ban accounts that misuse the app.
5. Content you post
You keep ownership of your reports and photos. By posting them you allow us to show them to other users in the app and to keep them for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including after you delete your account (without your name).
6. No warranty
Reports may be wrong, late or missing, and alerts depend on your phone's location and battery settings. The app is provided as is, without any guarantee of accuracy or availability. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages resulting from use of, or reliance on, the app.
7. Changes
We may change the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
